I had my fuel pump go out on Sunday of the holiday weekend. I took our car in on Tuesday morning. Gustmans located the problem, made the appropriate repairs and called me just before 5:00 saying that it was ready. Incredible job!!

I feel the service has been doing a great job. There is one area of my experience at this location that I haven't been happy about. I feel that my missing chip for the heated steering wheel has fallen through the cracks. When I was there on 5/31 for my oil change, I was given the number to ask the question myself on what is going on with the chip. I don't feel this is very good customer service. I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2023 and this is still an ongoing problem.

The dealership did well with the repair, but I feel it should have been covered under a recall. This was for a leaky oil cooler line on a 2019 Silverado with a 5.3 engine. I looked on the lemon law site and found this is a known problem with the model and was covered on a now expired Customer Satisfaction program N212326940. My VIN # is 1GCUYEED5KZ161798 and I would greatly appreciate compensation for this known problem. Thank you

I brought my truck in to get the screen fixed. They diagnosed it as a power cable malfunction. So I had them change them the power cable as recommended. They told me that the power cable has been replaced and I am good to go, the screen still was not fixed, I don’t think they even checked to see if the screen was fixed. Very disappointed.

I called regarding my back up camera not working. I was told that l should just bring in the car. I asked if I need an appointment and was told that that I did not. I came in with the car from my home in Seymour the next morning ad a service rep told me that an appointment should be made because they would have to check the problem and he could not tell me how long that would take. He asked me whom I had spoken to the previous day and I did not know. I was not happy and told the rep to just keep the car and give me a loner which he did. The car was returned to me the next day repaired, and I was very happy with that outcome. I just feel that the first rep that I talked to by phone did not give me the right information. He should have known that I needed an appointment.

Purchased my 2017 silverado from the dealership, have had all my service needs through them over the past several years as well as some body work. Had my air conditioning go out in 2024 and a new condenser and seals were replaced under my warranty. A year later my air conditioning again wasn't working, so I called to schedule service again. I explained that it was corrected a year prior and found it concerning that the correction didn't last a year. Upon dropping my truck off to be looked again, the service gentlemen that took my details had me sign out before leaving. It wasn't until I returned home later in the evening that I realized that what I had signed was a document stating that I would be charged nearly $200 just to diagnose the issue. Had this been explained at the time of signing, I would have absolutely asked to speak to the service manager, as stated, a year earlier, this issue was apparently corrected. I would think that a situation as this would be viewed as a "good faith" inspection but was not. I received a call the following day with the explanation that the evaporator core was now leaking and the fix would be over $3000! The fact that my warranty had come to it's completion just months earlier and the fix the year prior covered the $785.45 condenser leak under the warranty makes me suspect that the evaporator core could have been the issue previously. When I reached back to the dealership to let them know that the repair needed is too costly, no efforts or conversations were attempted to work with me to reach a common ground. Needless to say, my loyalty and satisfaction with this dealership no longer exist and I will not do business with them again and will share my experience with anyone who is interested in going through them.

Came in for a tire leaking air. After about a half hour service rep said they couldn't find a leak. I ask if they did a water submerge test he said no. I said to do one he said didn't know if they could but would find out. After test leak found and fived. Why should customer have to tell service department how to do a test to find a leak in a tire. Very poor service by only doing minimal testing.

I received an email frost I was due for service. Email had a package for$107 for an extensive review. When I called to schedule I told the service tech this and when I dropped the car off the night before I also wrote it on the paperwork. The next day I ended up needing tires. Service tech thought they should be in that afternoon so we said keep the car. Around 4:15 I got a call that tires were in but no one there to put on. So we ended up having to drive back in to get a rental. When the car was done, I validated that they did the extensive inspection….they didn’t know what I was talking and had to get the head service tech. Anyway he ended up saying they did everything but forgot to replace windshield wipers. So we had to wait. Next day I was driving in rain and the wipers were sticking and popping off the windshield…so frustrating. Then had to call and drive back in. Ross was super helpful and understanding. Found out they put wrong wipers on one side. Just frustrating multiple trips.

My overall experience was very enjoyable. I had a very good idea of what I wanted, and my salesman Josh was very easy to work with. When the truck came in, he was very responsive of getting the information to the bank and helping me get everything finalized. He was also open when an issue arose on the delivery day, and it wouldn't be ready until later in the day. The only thing that was kind of a disappointment was not having the 3 years of xm radio, I had requested it a couple hours after I left the dealership when ordering the truck, and it was never added to the order. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I will be back to order another one in a few years.

Not the best experience this visit. The service manager told me that I didn’t need a tire rotation only a oil change. When it came to pay the bill I was charged for a tire rotation and they said they did a tire rotation. Then they told me that I needed new tires soon. I said if I do need new tires then there is something wrong with the tires because there is only 30,000 miles on them. Then they back down and said the tires are good for another 10,000 miles or more. Didn’t like what happened this visit.

I brought our 2024 GMC Sierra HD in for OLF and tire rotation. Our service advisor Bryan was very helpful. I had a few questions regarding where a couple things were under the hood. He helped me out along with a service mechanic. They were very good at explaining to me what I was questioning. I felt very comfortable asking my questions. After the service appointment the body shop looked at a few things that need to be fixed IE a couple chips and some scratches. Caleb from the body shop was very good about explaining everything on the 2 options he had for us to get this fixed. I am so very pleased with how I was treated - I means a great deal to have the excellent service on our vehicle. Work was done as expected. Inspection found that brakes and wiper blades needed to be replaced. A phone call would have been nice since it was in the shop already to just have them done right away. Kinda miss the courtesy car wash that they used to have also. But else all was good.

Once I was able to get an appointment and brought my 2023 Buick in, the service was excellent, and prompt as promised. My only complaint is that it took so long to get the appointment in the first place. This occurred on a previous attempt to service the suspension on my GMC Sierra. It seems that the service department is severely understaffed. I did not have this problem with Gustman's body shop. They provided quick and excellent service during a previous visit.

Went in for an oil change and was notified that I had a large nail in the side wall of the tire. She also mentioned that my other tires were near replacement wear which I already had figured. She said they had some in stock and showed me 3 kinds and instead of recommending the most expensive she recommended the cheapest and said it was good in snow and in stock. They gave me a loaner, and oil change and new tires on in only approximately 4 hours. Nice work everyone.

I don't know how to fairly rate this buying experience. Things happened that I have no idea why. I ordered a truck on December 6, 2024 and got it October 20, 2025. I don't believe 10.5 months is the normal lead time. Along with that, I don't know why the new truck has vinyl seats. I started the process by building my truck online and taking a copy of that to the dealer. My "build a truck" has cloth seats. My "build a truck" also had black bumpers but it looked like that was not going to be followed had I not caught it. Through it all, I felt that Gustman treated me fairly. I received a 2026 truck and they gave me the trade-in value quoted in December of 2024.

Service was great. Car wash afterwards left water stains on interior windows, presumably from something sprayed on the inside. Not a major dealbreaker for me, it was easily cleaned off when I got home. I do wish Gustman had a quick lube service as it is a bit of a pain to make an appointment for oil changes.

The only complaint I have is after service is done you park vehicles outside and where they are is SO cramped with cars it is nearly impossible to get a full-size truck out of the spaces. Please keep vehicle size in mind when parking. I'd rather walk a mile to a vehicle thatvis easy to get out vs potentially hitting another vehicle trying to get it out of a tight space. Thanks!

When I arrived I was told that my vehicle needed tire rotation and was asked if I wanted to include it with my oil change. I told them that I saw on line that they had a special for tire rotation and they said yes there was, so I told them to go ahead and include it. They did not!

I made an appointment and was told I could have a loner when I got there no loner was available. they said the heat was working like it was supposed to but could look into it more but would need 3 more days. I said if it's working the way it should i will pick it up because i need it for work now my heat on the driver side is not working so I made another appointment, and they would try to get me a loner to use. it's a new suburban the money I paid for it I feel i should at least get something to drive. this is my 3rd appointment for the same problem.

I keep my vehicle very clean. The mats, the rubber in around the door everything is clean. I get my car back after an oil change and there is mud and scuff marks on the door and the rubber/plastic door frame. Also, on the council there was something spilled because there was sticky marks. I had this one other time with this same vehicle when i first bought it and something needed to be fixed. spoke with my salesperson and explained to him how a person who keeps and takes pride in their vehicle that this is annoying. Here I was again first oil change in the vehicle and cleaning it as it was returned. Gustmans’s has been great and always tell people o go there for their service but this needs to get better!

The cost was acceptable as well as the time it took for service. I also appreciated the shuttle ride I have one point of irritation. The technician found my wheel lock.key for rotating the tires and did not return the key, so it's gone. Fortunately, I discovered that it was gone before I needed it. I am beyond thankful that the team at Gustman of Kaukauna was able to squeeze me on to their service schedule to remove a nail from my tire. I called ahead and was told to come get it looked at. Upon arrival is when the nail was discovered. Steve was kind enough to ask one of the service techs to assess it and see if it could be fixed same day so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle. They fixed the tire in about an hour and I was back on the road. I know they were super busy and I very much appreciate them working me in. I will never hesitate to bring my vehicle to Gustman of Kaukauna for service.

Everything went very well for my oil change and tire rotation except the payment. I had a coupon for $25 off of my oil change, and only a $20 credit was applied to my bill. I asked your representative if the full credit was applied to my bill, and he assured me it was. In the end it is my fault for trusting your people.

The Gustman Service Department scheduled my servicing appointment on the day and at the time I requested. I was checked in quickly and was able to use a $20 coupon I received in the mail. I really appreciate the discount coupons. Jeff P. Vondracek was my the service advisor and provided both cost and service time estimates which were accurate. Since the weather was not good for being outdoors, I appreciated being able to exercise by walking in the showroom while waiting for the servicing to be completed. Thank you to both the service and showroom staff.
